Abstract:

Provided are single glass for a fire door and double glass for a fire door which have fireproof performance that passes a flame blocking performance test of the international standard ISO 0834, and are priced as low as possible. Single glass for a fire door, wherein a heat reflection film with a low emissivity is provided on at least one surface of a glass plate produced from double-strength glass or glass subjected to thermal tempering treatment exceeding that in the double-strength glass. Double glass for a fire door, wherein a first glass plate (2B) in which a heat reflection film (4) with an emissivity of 0.07 or less is provided at least one surface of double-strength glass or glass subjected to thermal tempering treatment exceeding that in the double-strength glass, and a second glass plate (2C) produced from double-strength glass or glass subjected to the thermal tempering treatment exceeding that in the double-strength glass are disposed to face each other with a space therebetween such that at least one layer of the heat reflection film (4) is interposed between both the glass plates (2B, 2C).
