Abstract:
A single-molecular-weight amphiphilic oligomer having a main chain containing azobenzene and a side chain containing sugar, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. Hydrophobic main-chain-type azobenzene oligomer precursors having different molecular weights are prepared by combining an iterative step-by-step growth method and a CuAAC reaction, and then undergo a thiol-ene reaction with mannose to obtain a single-molecular-weight amphiphilic oligomer having a main chain containing azobenzene and a side chain containing sugar. Provided are an oligomer film and a preparation method therefor. A series of oligomer films are prepared by drop-coating a solution containing the oligomer or an assembled oligomer solution on the surfaces of substrates. The preparation method for the oligomer film is simple, good stability is achieved, and modification on different substrates can be implemented. The oligomer film can implement specific recognition of concanavalin A and specific adhesion to Escherichia coli, shows good antibacterial performance, and has good application prospects in the biological fields such as protein recognition, bacterial adhesion, and antibacterial performance.
