Abstract:
Disclosed is a single-nozzle spray head for laser welding, comprising a spray head body. A longitudinal discharging channel, a feeding channel communicated with the longitudinal discharging channel, and a longitudinal laser channel are separately formed inside the spray head body, and a loading channel communicated with the feeding channel is formed on the spray head body; a nozzle is provided on the spray head body; in addition, a discharging control mechanism is provided on the spray head body, and the discharging control mechanism corresponds to a position where the feeding channel and the longitudinal discharging channel are communicated. The single-nozzle spray head for laser welding can control solder balls to quickly move in the spray head body, and orderly spray out molten solder balls, such that the solder balls and the spray head are not prone to abrasion, and the efficiency and accuracy of welding are effectively improved; and the structure is simple, the volume is small, and the operation is stable.
