Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a sixteen-pair high-rate data transmission cable, comprising sixteen transmission line pairs, two or three isolation layers, and an outer coating layer. The sixteen transmission line pairs are divided into two or three layers, one isolation layer is arranged between every two adjacent layers of transmission line pairs, one isolation layer is also arranged on the outer side of the outermost transmission line pair, and the outer coating layer is coated outside the outermost isolation layer; the cross sections of the isolation layers and the outer coating layer are all circular; the sixteen transmission line pairs are twisted into a high-rate data transmission cable in a rotating manner, and the sixteen transmission line pairs rotate for a circle in the same direction while revolving around the center of the high-rate data transmission cable for a circle. The sixteen-pair line structure of the present invention can reach a transmission rate of up to 800 Gbps; the sixteen transmission line pairs are divided into three layers or two layers for forming, so that the structure is stably formed, the space can be fully utilized, and the outer diameter and weight of the whole line are reduced; and the cable is formed by rotating and twisting, thereby ensuring the bending resistance and roundness of the cable, and reducing the internal stress of mutual extrusion between the line pairs.
