Abstract:
The present invention pertains to sizing agent-coated reinforcing fibers which are obtained by coating reinforcing fibers with a sizing agent that contains a polyrotaxane. Provided are the following: sizing agent-coated reinforcing fibers which exhibit excellent mechanical characteristics when used as a fiber-reinforced composite material; a method for producing the sizing agent-coated reinforcing fibers; a prepreg that uses the sizing agent-coated reinforcing fibers; and a fiber-reinforced composite material that exhibits excellent mechanical characteristics.
