Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slide opening/closing apparatus capable of sliding a second unit of a portable terminal and facilitating the convenient use of the portable terminal, and to such a portable terminal having the slide opening/closing apparatus. The present invention comprises: a fixed member which fixed to a first unit and configured to accommodate rotational axes on both end sides; a rotational member which is adapted to cover the top face of the fixed member, while lower end sides of the rotational member are rotatable via a connection to the rotational member and both ends are adapted to a guide member; a moving member, which can be fixed to the second unit to open/close the second unit by making a slide motion with both ends thereof being inserted into the guide member that is secured onto the rotational member; elastic means, one end of which is rotatably connected to either end of the moving member and the other end of which is rotatably connected to the rotational member so as to provide an elastic force to the moving member during the slide motion of the second unit along the guide member; and rotatable means, one end of which is fixed to bottom faces of both sides on the other end of the fixed member so as to rotate the rotational member correspondingly to the rotation by locking during the upward slide motion of the movable member along the guide member.
