Abstract:
In a slide fastener (1) according to the present invention, a stopper (60) having an upper half part (61) and a lower half part (66) is disposed adjacent to an element row (12). The upper half part (61) and the lower half part (66) of the stopper (60) respectively have upper and lower body parts (62, 67) fixed to a fastener tape (11), and upper and lower protrusion parts (63, 68) protruding from the upper and lower body parts (62, 67) in the widthwise direction. The upper and lower body parts (62, 67) are set to have a size such that shoulders of sliders (30, 31a) can be inserted into the upper and lower body parts. The upper and lower protrusion parts (63, 68) have contact rear end parts (71) that contact flange parts (35, 36) of the sliders (30, 30a). Each contact rear end part (71) has a contact inclined surface (73) that decreases in height dimension toward the rear side, and the height dimension (H1) from a front end position of an upper contact inclined surface (73) to a front end position of a lower contact inclined surface (73) is larger than an interval (D1) between the upper and lower flange parts. Accordingly, the vertical pulling strength of the slide fastener (1) can be increased.
