Abstract:
The present invention provides a slide-type switching valve and a refrigeration cycle system that can prevent malfunctions. A slide-type switching valve (1) has: a valve body (2); a valve seat part (3); a valve element (4); an electromagnetic drive part (5); and joint members (61–64). The movement of a plunger (51) is restricted by coming into contact with a closing part (22), and as a result thereof, it is possible to suppress damage to the valve seat part (3) and the surroundings thereof, eliminating the need to additionally provide a stopper. A cylindrical section (21) of the valve body (2) forms a valve-chamber-forming section and a plunger-accommodating section therewithin, and this makes it possible to suppress relative position errors that may occur if these sections are formed by separate members. Due to this configuration, valve ports (32A–32C) can be easily opened/closed normally by the valve element (4), and malfunctions can be suppressed.
