Abstract:
Provided are a sliding bearing alloy material and a preparation method therefor. The sliding bearing alloy material comprises various components: 4.6-5.4% of Sn, 53-68% of Cu, 0.8-2.3% of Co, 0.3-1.2% of Ni, 0.2-0.6% of B, 0.1-0.5% of a rare earth metal, 5-7% of a first lubricant, 1-2% of a second lubricant and the balance of Al. The preparation method therefor is as follows: a part of the Al powder, the Sn powder and the second lubricant are subjected to ball grinding according to a formulation ratio and then smelted with Cu, Co, Ni and the rare earth metal, and then an intermediate alloy bar is manufactured; the remaining Al powder, the first lubricant and the intermediate alloy bar are put into a furnace at the same time to be heated and smelted, and then cooling begins, B begins to be added and stirred, and subsequently the temperature is raised to the casting temperature for casting and moulding.
