The present invention provides a small-sized ship monitoring system, wherein a plurality of small-sized ships can be simultaneously monitored for abnormalities, the short-circuit of a line for a ship monitoring system arranged in a small-sized ship can be remotely and actively monitored, and the arrival or departure of small-sized ships and abnormal states of the ships can be integrally managed. The small-sized ship monitoring system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of monitoring devices capable of monitoring for a fire or flooded state of a small-sized ship, capable of monitoring for abnormal wiring circuit states to sensors, and arranged at predetermined positions of the small-sized ship; fishing village cooperative servers, which are arranged at predetermined positions on land, for receiving the monitoring signals outputted from the monitoring devices as wireless signals of the Zigbee communication type; and a central server for receiving the monitoring signals transmitted from the fishing village cooperatives servers through wired internet networks, analyzing abnormal situations of a predetermined ship by comparing the monitoring signals with conditions stored in a predetermined table and notifying related institutes if an abnormal situation occurs.
