A smart control mechanism for a household cooking appliance, comprising a household appliance body (10), a machine model bar code (11) disposed on the household appliance body (10) for recording the household appliance body information, and a controller (20) electrically connected to the household appliance body (10), the household appliance body (10) being provided with a holding space (12) for electrically assembled with the controller (20). The controller (20) and the household appliance body (10) are of a separable assembly mechanism and comprise a signal receiver port (22) provided with a signal receiver (221), an SD card port (23) for reading an SD card (231), and an operation panel (21), the signal receiver (221) being able to separate from the controller (20) and being able to connect with a communicator (30) via a network. The smart control mechanism for a household cooking appliance uses a controller (20) that can be separate from the household appliance body (10), thereby enabling long distance control of the household appliance body.
