The present invention relates to a smart moisture supply device for a mushroom cultivation medium, the smart moisture supply device comprising: a body unit having a certain space therein and formed so that a medium tray can be seated on the upper portion thereof, wherein the medium tray is formed to support one or more mushroom media; a transport unit including a transport frame which is formed on the upper portion of the body unit to be moved up and down; a needle bar unit which is installed on the transport frame to be moved up and down along with the transport frame and includes needle bars supplying moisture to the mushroom media; and a water supply unit which supplies water to the needle bar unit so that moisture can be supplied to the mushroom media via the needle bars. According to the present invention, the time taken to supply the required amount of water to the entire media in a cultivating house can be noticeably reduced, and there is no need to stick needles in each medium while moving each medium so that workforce can be greatly reduced. In addition, even during harvest, moisture required by the medium can be frequently supplied through the system, high-quality mushrooms can be produced, and at the same time, germination timing and harvest timing can be stably controlled.
