Abstract:
Disclosed are a smart stacker crane, and a method, apparatus, and device for recognizing anomalous pallet position. The method comprises the following steps: collecting point cloud data of a pallet; processing the point cloud data, and acquiring the pallet position; and determining whether the pallet is anomalous, the situations of the pallet being anomalous comprising: pallet displacement, hole collapse, and beam cave-in. In the present invention, 3D vision technology is used to perform position and anomaly detection on a goods pallet to be retrieved, thus preventing a stacker crane from knocking into goods when a pallet is displaced, has collapsed, etc., and increasing safety when retrieving goods.
