Abstract:
An unpacking machine. The unpacking machine comprises a box body (1). The box body (1) is internally provided with a middle seam unpacking unit and a side seam unpacking unit. The middle seam unpacking unit comprises a first lower module (2), a first upper module (3) and a first lifting mechanism, and the side seam unpacking unit comprises a second lower module (4), a second upper module (5) and a second lifting mechanism. The first lower module (2) comprises a first conveying device, the first conveying device comprising a main frame body, wherein vertical plates (2113) are respectively arranged on a left side and a right side of the main frame body, the vertical plates (2113) are fixedly connected to the main frame body by means of first guide rods (2114), centering clamp plates (2118) are slidably arranged on the first guide rods (2114), and the centering clamp plates (2118) move towards or away from each other under the action of a second driving part. The first upper module (3) comprises a first cutting device (32) for cutting a middle seam (61). The second lower module (4) comprises a reversing device (42), and a third conveying device having the same structure as the first conveying device. The second upper module (5) comprises two second cutting devices (52) for cutting a side seam (62). The unpacking machine can replace manual labor to achieve automatic unpacking.
