Abstract:
Provided is a soft magnetic alloy which contains at least Fe and Co. The soft magnetic alloy comprises a rich section and a poor section. The rich section has Fe and Co content ratios which are equal to or greater than those of the soft magnetic alloy, and the poor section has Fe and Co content ratios which are less than those of the soft magnetic alloy. σpoor is equal to or greater than 1.05 times σrich, if the standard deviation of ((Co content ratio)/(Fe and Co content ratios)) in the rich section is σrich and the standard deviation of ((Co content ratio)/(Fe and Co content ratios)) in the poor section is σpoor.
