Abstract:
[Solution] This soft magnetic alloy contains Fe, Co, and at least one selected from among M and X. M is at least one selected from among Ti, V, Cr, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, and W. X is at least one selected from among Si, B, C and P. A volume ratio of a portion in which both the content of Fe and the total content of M and X fall within specific ranges have a specific relationship with a volume ratio of a portion in which both the content of Co and the total content of M and X fall within specific ranges.
