Abstract:
It is possible to provide a solar cell element of sophisticated characteristic capable of reducing warp of a semiconductor substrate which causes crack of the solar cell element and a manufacturing method of the solar cell element. In order to achieve the aforementioned object, the solar cell element (10) includes a semiconductor substrate (1) for forming a solar cell element, a collector electrode (4) formed by a aluminum-based component on a non-light reception surface of the semiconductor substrate and having a minimum thickness for exhibiting the collection effect, and a passivation film (8) covering the collector electrode.
