Abstract:

The present invention relates to a solar cell backsheet and a solar cell comprising the same and, more specifically, to: a solar cell backsheet having, on a base film, a coating layer of a double layer structure composed of a primer layer comprising a fluorinated polymer and a non-fluorinated binder and a weather-resistant coating layer comprising a fluorinated polymer, and thus has excellent adhesion with the base film and improved weather-resistant properties; and a solar cell comprising the same.
