Abstract:
Provided are a solar cell and a manufacturing process therefor, relating to the field of solar cell production. The manufacturing process for the solar cell comprises: forming transparent conductive film layers on the front surface and the back surface of a photovoltaic structure layer; forming metal seed layers on the surfaces of the transparent conductive film layers; forming patterned mask layers on the surfaces of the metal seed layers to serve as an intermediate product, wherein the openings of the patterned mask layers correspond to the positions of metal gate lines; and coating the edge part of the intermediate product with an insulating adhesive, drying to obtain an insulating adhesive layer, then forming, in the openings of the patterned mask layers, metal base layers connected to the metal seed layers, and forming metal protective layers on the surfaces of the metal base layers. The manufacturing process can alleviate the technical problem of low product yield of solar cells in an impact printing mode.
