Abstract:
This solar cell comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a backside electrode which is arranged in a region other than at least a specific conductor arrangement region in the back surface of the semiconductor substrate; and solders which are respectively adhered to the back surface of the semiconductor substrate in the conductor arrangement region and the backside electrode. This method for manufacturing a solar cell comprises: a preparation step for preparing a semiconductor substrate; a backside electrode formation step for forming a backside electrode in a region other than at least a specific conductor arrangement region in the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, said backside electrode having an empty portion through which the back surface of the semiconductor is exposed; and an adhering step wherein solders are respectively brought into contact with the back surface of the semiconductor substrate exposed through the empty portion and the backside electrode and adhered thereto by ultrasonic soldering in the empty portion.
