Abstract:
Disclosed are a solar cell and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises steps of texturing, diffusing, removing PSG on the back side, alkaline polishing, heavily doping on the front side, removing PSG on the front side, annealing, depositing a passivation film, depositing an antireflection film, perforating on the back side, electrode printing, sintering and annealing. The back side reflectivity of the solar cell is effectively reduced by alkaline polishing on the back side, such that the transmittance in a wavelength band is significantly reduced, thereby reducing the loss of the transmission of light and increasing an electric current density Jsc, which in turn improves the conversion efficiency of an SE-PERC solar cell.
