Abstract:
A solder paste dispensing and driving device comprises a solder paste container (1), a squeezing device (2) squeezing solder paste out of the solder paste container, and a driving device (3) providing power to perform a relative movement between the squeezing device and the solder paste container. The driving device (3) comprises a driving motor (30), a transmission belt (31), and a transmission threaded rod (32). The transmission threaded rod (32) comprises a threaded rod (320) and a threaded rod bolt (321). The threaded rod bolt (321) is driven by the transmission belt (31) to rotate. The solder paste container (1) is disposed and fixed at one end of the threaded rod (320). The threaded rod bolt (321) is moved by the transmission belt (31) and driven by the driving motor (30) to rotate on the position, and in turn, to drive the threaded rod (320) to perform an up-down movement, thereby driving the solder paste container (1) to move, squeezing solder paste by a relative movement between the solder paste container (1) and squeezing device (2). The device has high stability, low power consumption, and high control precision, facilitating automatic production, having a simple overall structure, and requiring low costs.
