Abstract:
A sole capable of properly controlling the moving of a foot pressure center with a simple structure, and a footware provided with this sole. The sole comprises a sole body (41) constituting the bottom of a footware, and a foot pressure protruding unit (43) provided on this sol body (41) to guide, along a specified foot pressure center path extending from the heel toward the fourth toe base, a foot pressure center that moves as a result of walking or running and is the center of a pressure applied to the sole.
