Abstract:
The present description discloses a means that enables the prevention of the decrease in the amount of reduced coenzyme Q10 due to oxidization during the storage of a solid composition containing the reduced coenzyme Q10. One or more embodiments of the present invention relate to a solid composition comprising a FormII-type crystal of reduced coenzyme Q10, an emulsifying agent and an antioxidant. Another one or more embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for producing a granular solid composition comprising a FormII-type crystal of reduced coenzyme Q10, an emulsifying agent, an antioxidant and a binding agent, the method including granulating a mixture comprising a FormII-type crystal of reduced coenzyme Q10, an emulsifying agent, an antioxidant, a binding agent and a liquid binder.
