Abstract:
A solid electrolyte assembly (10) is formed by binding: a solid electrolyte layer (11) having oxide ion conductivity and containing lanthanum; and a first electrode layer (12) made of an oxide having a cubic perovskite structure represented by ABO3-δ (A represents an alkaline-earth metal element, B represents a transition metal element, and δ represents a fraction generated in accordance with the valences and amounts of A, B, and O). The oxide contains lanthanum at a portion of sites A, and the atomic ratio of lanthanum to all elements located at sites A is 0.01-0.80.
