Abstract:
A solid electrolytic capacitor 100 including a solid electrolytic capacitor element 10 and an insulation resin 12 provided around the solid electrolytic capacitor element 10. The solid electrolytic capacitor 100 comprises an element body 110 having a first surface 110e and a second surface 110f, a first external electrode 120 formed on the first surface 110e, and a second external electrode 130 formed on the second surface 110f. The solid electrolytic capacitor element 10 includes an anode 40 having a metal base part 40a and a porous part 40b located on the metal base part 40a, a dielectric layer 41 provided on the surface of the porous part 40b, and a cathode 43 provided on the dielectric layer 41. The cathode 43 is connected to the first external electrode 120 on the first surface 110e, and the anode 40 is connected to the second external electrode 130 on the second surface 110f. The insulation resin 12 includes an adjacent part 30 adjacent to the solid electrolytic capacitor element 10. The adjacent part 30 has a first surface 30a on the first-external-electrode 120 side, and a second surface 30b on the second-external-electrode 130 side. The metal base part 40a is spread onto the second surface 30b of the adjacent part 30.
