Abstract:
A solid-state image capturing device (1) comprises a plurality of unit pixels (3) disposed in a matrix of rows and columns and reads a pixel signal from a unit pixel (3) selected row by row, said solid-state image capturing device being provided with a column signal line (19) which is provided for each column of the plurality of unit pixels (3), an amplifier transistor which is included in each of the plurality of unit pixels (3) and outputs the pixel signal, a correlation dual detection unit (25) which is provided for each column of the plurality of unit pixels (3) and detects a signal component by performing correlation dual detection from a reset component of the pixel signal and a data component containing the reset component and the signal component of the pixel signal, and a low pass filter (300) which is inserted in the column signal line (19) between the output terminal of the amplifier transistor and the correlation dual detection unit or provided in the correlation dual detection unit (25).
