Abstract:
Disclosed is a converter module (5) provided with a substrate (1), a converter (3) which is held on the substrate (1) and which converts external vibration into electrical signals, and an electrical component (4) which is held on the substrate (5) and which is electrically connected to the converter (3). The substrate (1) is formed with a first through hole (1c) which penetrates the substrate (1) in the front and rear surface direction on a region facing the electrical component (4).
