Abstract:
A solidified body (20) production method includes: a mixing step for mixing a compound (1) containing one or more types of M(I) with a compound (2) containing one or more types of M(II) to obtain a mixture (3); and a reaction step for generating a solidified body (20) by pressurizing the mixture (3) at 30-300°C, inclusive. The solidified body (20) is generated by reacting the compound containing M(I) with the compound containing M(II), is obtained by bonding perovskite compounds represented by the composition formula: M(I)M(II)O3, and has a porosity of 20% or less. M(I) is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba, and M(II) is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Hf, and Sn.
