Abstract:
Provided is a solvent recovery system that has a particularly high energy-saving effect when the concentration of a solvent included in a raw-material liquid is low. This solvent recovery system is configured to be provided with: (a) a reverse-osmosis membrane unit 10 that separates a raw-material liquid into a reverse-osmosis-membrane-concentrated liquid and water; and (b) auto-vapor-mechanical-compression-type distillation equipment (a first distillation mechanism part) 20 provided with a first distillation column 21 for distilling the reverse-osmosis-membrane-concentrated liquid, a first reboiler 22, a compressor 23 that conducts insulated compression on a first overhead vapor, which is overhead vapor from the first distillation column, and that serves as a heating source for the first reboiler, a reflux line 31 for causing some of condensed liquid of the compressed vapor to flow back to the first distillation column, and a return line 32 that returns the remainder of the condensed liquid to the reverse-osmosis membrane unit, the distillation equipment also being configured so that the concentration of solvent in first bottom liquid, which is bottom liquid from the first distillation column, is 35-45 mass%.
