Abstract:
The present invention relates to an SOS1 inhibitor and a derivative thereof. A compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, tautomer, enantiomer, or pharmaceutically acceptable diastereomer thereof of the present invention has an excellent ability to inhibit SOS1 activity, and thus can be advantageously utilized as an agent for preventing, alleviating, or treating a disease caused by abnormal cell growth, wherein the abnormal cell growth disease may include various types of tumor diseases selected from gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, small intestine cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain cancer, bone cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, sclerosing adenosis, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, thyroid cancer, parathyroid cancer, kidney cancer, sarcoma, prostate cancer, urethral cancer, bladder cancer, leukemia (acute myeloid leukemia), multiple myeloma, hematologic malignancy such as myelodysplastic syndrome, lymphomas such as Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, or fibroadenomas.
