Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an SOS1 protein degradation agent and a use thereof. Specifically, provided in the present invention is a formula (I) for a S-L-E compound, and a stereoisomer, enantiomer, diastereomer, deuterated compound, hydrate, solvate, prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as shown. The S-L-E is as shown in formula (I). The compound is novel in structure and has a good degradation effect on SOS1 protein.
