Abstract:
A speaker device, wherein, when the direction of vibration of a voice coil is changed and the vibration, the direction of which has been changed, is efficiently transmitted to a vibration plate, the vibration of the voice coil is appropriately restricted to suppress generation of noise and breaking of the voice coil caused by contact.  A speaker device is provided with a vibration plate (10), a stationary section (100) for vibratably supporting the vibration plate, and a drive section (14) provided to the stationary section and applying vibration to the vibration plate by means of an audio signal.  The drive section is provided with a voice coil (30) vibrated in a direction different from the direction of vibration of the vibration plate by an audio signal inputted in the voice coil, a magnetic circuit (20) having a magnetic gap in which the voice coil is mounted, a rigid, vibration direction changing section (50) provided oblique to the direction of vibration of the voice coil and to the direction of vibration of the vibration plate and transmitting vibration of the voice coil to the vibration plate, and a holding section (15) for supporting on the stationary section the voice coil.  The holding section restricts vibration of the voice coil to one axis direction.
