Abstract:
[Problem] To provide specific information, such as position information, after determining whether to disclose the information. [Solution] A specific information transmission server of the present invention is provided with a disclosure conditions database which indicates the relationship of position information, identification information of a permitting person who approves the disclosure of position information, and identification information of a disclosure requester who requests the disclosure of position information. Also provided is a communication unit which receives a position information disclosure request from a terminal that has been logged into with the identification information of the disclosure requester. When a request is received, the communication unit sends an approval request message to an email address corresponding to the identification information of the permitting person, on the basis of the disclosure conditions database. If the communication unit receives a signal granting the request during the time from the transmission of the approval request message until a prescribed amount of time has passed, the communication unit sends the position information to an email address corresponding to the identification information of the disclosure requester.
