Abstract:
A heat engine employing a small temperature difference comprises an open housing (3), a rotary wheel (1), a rotary shaft (2) fixed at the rotary wheel (1), a bearing base (4) and a speed change mechanism fixed at the housing (3), and a push-pull unit. The speed change mechanism comprises a slide groove member (10), a slide block (11), a fixed shaft (5), a first screw shaft (12), a second screw shaft (13) and a spring sheet (14). The heat engine employing a small temperature difference employs thermal expansion and contraction properties of a medium to generate minor expansion that drives the rotary wheel to rotate and output power. The combination of the speed change mechanism enables the rotation speed of the rotary wheel to be adjusted so as to change the magnitude of output torque produced when the rotary wheel is rotating. The heat engine employing a small temperature difference has a simple structure, is easy to maintain and repair, and the output torque and rotation speed thereof are adjustable.
