Abstract:
A spindle (10) airtight sealing apparatus. A bearing (80), a sleeve (60), and a spindle box (50) are sequentially fitted over a spindle (10), and an end cap (20) is fitted over the spindle (10) and located below the bearing (80); the spindle (10) airtight sealing apparatus further comprises a distribution plate (30) and a gland (40) fitted at upper and lower ends of the end cap (20), and an air inlet channel (70) which is used for introducing compressed gas; the distribution plate (30) is evenly provided multiple radial through holes (31) in a peripheral direction; the air inlet channel (70) is communicated with the radial through holes (31), and the tail end is staggered with each radial through hole (31). By providing the distribution plate between the gland and the end cap and evenly providing multiple radial through holes which are staggered and communicated with the air inlet channel along the peripheral direction of the distribution plate, the compressed gas is forced to be dispersed along the peripheral direction of the distribution plate and pass through each radial through hole, so that the problem that the gas flow rates at the side proximate to the air inlet channel and the side distant from the air inlet channel are not consistent is avoided, foreign matters entering the spindle are reduced, and the service lives of the spindle and the bearing are prolonged.
