Abstract:
A spiral-shaped roller cutter (3), which can efficiently and surely cut reinforcement (7) embedded in existing pipes (6), and a tunnel excavator cutter head (1) provided with the same. Thus the spiral-shaped roller cutter (3) is provided with a plurality of spiral-shaped blade portions (3a). Also, the cutter head (1) is provided with respective roller cutters (3, 3) which extend substantially radially of the cutter head and are rotatable about respective axes (2, 2) of rotation.
