Abstract:
A sports shoe and a midsole system, the midsole system comprising: a first midsole (2), the first midsole (2) being made of a cushioning material; an outsole (7), a buffer space being formed between the first midsole (2) and the outsole (7); an elastic piece (1) positioned in the buffer space, the elastic piece (1) being capable of elastically deforming along the direction of arrangement of the first midsole (2) and the outsole (7); the elastic piece (1) has a heel part (12) positioned in the heel area of the midsole system and a forefoot part (11) positioned in the forefoot area of the midsole system. The cushioning mode of the first midsole (2) is material cushioning, and the cushioning mode of the elastic piece (1) is structural cushioning; during use of the midsole system, both the first midsole (2) and the elastic piece (1) can absorb impact force from the ground (the impact force along the direction of arrangement of the outsole (7) and the first midsole (2)), thereby effectively improving the cushioning performance and rebound performance of the midsole structure.
