A spring guide (100) formed from a fiber reinforced resin comprises a disc-shaped base portion (110) that supports a coil spring (4) that elastically supports a vehicle body and a cylindrical portion (112) into which a cylinder (1b) of a shock absorber (1) is inserted. In the cylindrical portion (112), the fiber reinforced resin is oriented in the circumferential direction.
