A device for manufacturing a spring, comprising a spring coiling machine (1), a heating mechanism (2) and a spring cooling conveying mechanism (9); the spring cooling conveying mechanism (9) comprises an annular conveying mechanism (11); a plurality of magnetic attraction blocks (10) are provided on the annular conveying mechanism (11). The device realizes automatic conveyance and automatic cooling without manual operation, not only having high efficiency, but also avoiding potential safety hazards.
