Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stabilized radiopharmaceutical composition wherein the decrease in the radiochemical purity over time is suppressed even in the case where the radioactivity concentration is high immediately after manufacture. The present invention pertains to a stabilized radiopharmaceutical composition that comprises, as an active ingredient, a polypeptide labeled with a radionuclide and having a group selected from the group consisting of thioether and thiol groups, a solubilizing agent having an ethylene glycol group, a solvent containing water, and a stabilizing agent selected from the group consisting of a sulfur-containing amino acid or salt thereof, a sulfur-containing amino acid derivative or salt thereof and a polysaccharide.
