Abstract:
A stacker-free underwater dredging robot hopper, comprising a hopper (10) having an accommodating cavity, a door plate (12) which is disposed on an inner peripheral wall of the accommodating cavity and rotatably connected to the hopper (10), a scraper (14) which is disposed at a bottom end of the accommodating cavity and rotatably connected to the door plate (12), a swing arm mechanism which is used to drive the door plate (12) to rotate, and a chassis (20) which is disposed below the hopper (10) and arranged separate from the hopper (10). A mounting cavity is formed between the chassis (20) and the hopper (10) for use in accommodating a push mechanism, a drive end of the push mechanism is movably connected to one end of the swing arm mechanism, an outer peripheral wall of the door plate (12) is provided with a push plate (30) that is slidably connected thereto, and the other end of the swing arm mechanism is hinged to the push plate (30). By means of the foregoing manner, when sludge in the hopper (10) accumulates, a front end of the hopper (10) is lifted by means of the cooperative action of the push mechanism and the swing arm mechanism, and by means of the door plate (12) and the scraper (14), the sludge is pushed to slide towards a rear end of the hopper (10), thereby solving the problem of sludge accumulation, making full use of the volume of the hopper (10), reducing the replacement frequency of the hopper (10), and improving the dredging efficiency.
