Abstract:
A star gear torquer (100), comprising a base (1), a housing (2), a first end cover (3) and a second end cover (4) and a transmission system (5), the first end cover (3) and the second end cover (4) each being provided with a bearing; the transmission system (5) comprises: a first transmission component (501) for inputting a transmission power; a second transmission component (502) for outputting the transmission power; an input shaft (503) slidingly connected to the first end cover (3) and fixed to the first transmission component (501); an output shaft (504) slidingly connected to the second end cover (4), fixed to the second transmission component (502), and slidingly connected to the input shaft (503); a sun gear (505) fixed to the input shaft (503); a turntable (506) slidingly connected to a bearing seat (31) of the bearing of the first end cover (3); an axle (507) slidingly connected to the turntable (506); a first star gear (508) fixed to the axle (507) and engaged with the sun gear (505); a second star gear (509) fixed to the axle (507) and engaged with an inner ring gear (511), the inner ring gear (511) being fixed to the housing (2); and a movable disk (510) provided between the first star gear (508) and the second star gear (509), fixed to the output shaft (504), and slidingly connected to the axle (507). The star gear torquer has small energy loss and high transmission efficiency.
