Abstract:
The present invention provides a star-shaped molecule capable of being used for a hole transport layer, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The star-shaped molecule capable of being used for the hole transport layer has a structure represented by formula I. The present invention provides a star-shaped molecule capable of being used for a hole transport layer, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The star-shaped molecule capable of being used for the hole transport layer has a structure represented by formula I. The star-shaped molecule provided by the present invention has a branched structure. A triphenylamine molecule with a pyramid-shaped conformation is at the tail end of the molecule. Triphenylamine and benzothiadiazole, the central core of the molecule, are connected by means of a carbon-carbon triple bond. The benzothiadiazole unit in the molecule has a substituent group. The star-shaped molecule has the characteristics of both high hole mobility and easy solution processing, and can be used in perovskite solar cells, and can effectively improve the luminous efficiency of the cells.
