Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a thermopile pixel, comprising: 2*N thermocouples, which are connected in series, wherein the head end and the tail end of the thermocouples, which are connected in series, serve as differential output ends of the thermopile pixel, and a connection node between an N-th thermocouple and an (N+1)th thermocouple serves as a common-mode voltage end of the thermopile pixel, the first N thermocouples having positive temperature coefficients, the last N thermocouples having negative temperature coefficients, and N being a positive number greater than or equal to 1. By means of the thermopile pixel provided in the present invention, several problems caused by connecting to a common-mode level on an input end of a reading circuit by means of a resistor when existing thermopile sensors are used are solved.
