Abstract:
A state determination device 80 for a drain trap 5 having a pump function and comprising a casing 10 in which a storage space 13 into which a liquid flows and accumulates is formed, a discharge valve 65 for discharging the liquid from the storage space 13, a gas supply valve 20 for introducing a working gas into the storage space 13, a gas discharge valve 30 for discharging the working gas from the storage space 13, and a valve operation mechanism 40 for executing a trap operation, in which the discharge valve 65 is opened and the liquid in the storage space 13 is discharged due to a pressure difference between pressure on the upstream side of the storage space 13 and pressure on the downstream side thereof when a float 41 arranged in the storage space 13 rises to a prescribed lower position, and a pump operation, in which the gas supply valve 20 is opened and the gas discharge valve 30 is closed, thereby discharging the liquid in the storage space 13 due to the pressure of the working gas when the float 41 rises to a prescribed higher position, said state determination device being equipped with: a first sensor 81 for detecting pressure and temperature of a gas layer section of the storage space 13; and a determination unit 83 for determining whether a stalled state has ensued, on the basis of the pressure and the temperature detected by the first sensor 81.
