Abstract:
A control unit (31) determines, on the basis of a first frequency component (C1) of a signal based on an electric current or a voltage of a motor (50), whether or not the motor (50) or a device (70) is in a specific state. When the signal is a DC signal, the frequency of the first frequency component (C1) is that of a specific frequency component (Cs) that is less than 1 time the mechanical angle frequency (fm) of the motor (50). When the signal is an AC signal, the frequency of the first frequency component (C1) is obtained by subtracting the frequency of the specific frequency component (Cs) from a fundamental frequency (f0) of the signal, or by adding the frequency of the specific frequency component (Cs) to the fundamental frequency (f0) of the signal.
