Abstract:
A stator (100), an electric motor (200) and an electric vehicle (300). The stator (100) comprises: a shell (10), wherein the shell (10) has an accommodation space, and the shell (10) is provided with an oil inlet (A) that is in communication with the accommodation space; and an annular iron core punching sheet (20), wherein the iron core punching sheet (20) is accommodated in the accommodation space and abuts against an inner wall of the shell (10). The iron core punching sheet (20) comprises a yoke portion (21) and a plurality of tooth portions (22), wherein the plurality of tooth portions (22) are uniformly distributed on an inner side of the yoke portion (21) in a circumferential direction, and stator slots (C) are provided between adjacent tooth portions (22); and first cooling channels (b1) are provided between an outer side edge of the yoke portion (21) and the shell (10), and second cooling channels (b2) located between adjacent tooth portions (22) are provided on an inner side edge of the yoke portion (21). The stator (100) further comprises: a spacer sleeve (30), wherein the spacer sleeve (30) is arranged in the iron core punching sheet (20) in a sleeved manner, an outer side surface of the spacer sleeve (30) abuts against the sides of the tooth portions (22) facing away from the yoke portion (21), and openings of the stator slots (C) cooperate with the spacer sleeve (30) to form third cooling channels (b3); and a flow guide assembly (40), wherein the flow guide assembly (40) is accommodated in the accommodation space and used for guiding a cooling oil, which flows out from the oil inlet (A), in the direction from the first cooling channel (b1) and the second cooling channel (b2) to the third cooling channel (b3). A three-layer oil-passing cooling design can improve the heat dissipation capacity of the stator (100).
