Abstract:
In this stator and electric motor, the stator, which is provided with cores, windings, and insulators which insulate the cores and the windings from one another, is provided with: annular connecting portions (11A, 11B) which connect a plurality of insulator sets, comprising the insulators and the cores, in an annular shape, spaced apart with a predetermined gap therebetween; and a combined structure in which two stator members (12A, 12B) comprising the insulator sets and the annular connecting portions are combined to cause the insulator sets to be positioned alternately in such a way to mutually fill the prescribed gaps.
