Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a steel column with a cross-shaped connecting section connected to a round pipe, comprising: first, closing a cross-shaped web plate (21); mounting an upper opening annular plate (22) at a convex portion of the cross-shaped web plate (21) and an upper opening of a first convex portion (214); providing a set of inner partition plates at the intersection of a first web plate (211) and a second web plate (212), and first fixing one edge of each inner partition plate; splicing, assembling and welding square-connected-circular joint plates (23) in a four-half splicing mode; assembling and welding a lower opening annular plate (24); assembling and welding the inner partition plates at the intersection of the cross-shaped web plates (21) at the lower portion of the lower opening annular plate (24); assembling and welding a box-shaped column (25); welding and fixing the other two edges of each inner partition plate; and assembling and welding the round pipe (1), mounting a joint plate (217) and stiffening plates and finally assembling and welding a lower-section joint and a box-shaped column (25) at the lower portion of the cross-shaped web plate (21). Also provided is a steel column with a cross-shaped connecting section connected to a round pipe manufactured by using the method. According to the method for manufacturing the steel column with the cross-shaped connecting section connected to the round pipe, the structure is optimized, the construction process is optimized, the round pipe (1), the cross-shaped connecting section (2) and the lower-section joint (3) are correspondingly folded, and the machining efficiency is improved.
